About IntegrasiHub

IntegrasiHub is a product engineering studio that designs, builds and maintains web, mobile and connected-product software for founders and product leaders who have a release to ship.

The studio is Integrasi Hub Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and has been building software since 2016. Radwan Altaf founded it and still scopes every engagement; a team of designers and engineers does the building. The portfolio runs to 6 products, 4 of them with a full case study you can read end to end.

What IntegrasiHub does

Five engagements, each one a different buying situation rather than a different price tier. Every one of them ends with software in production and a named person answerable for it.

  • Build a product

You have decided to build something that does not exist yet, and we take it from scope through design, engineering and launch. One team holds the whole thing, so there is no gap between the people who drew it and the people who shipped it. What you end up with is a working release in your customers’ hands and a repository your next engineer can read.

    How this engagement runs

  • Fractional CTO

Senior technical leadership for companies that need the judgement without the full-time hire: architecture decisions, technical hiring, vendor oversight and roadmap sequencing. Decisions get written down, including the options that were rejected, so the reasoning outlives the engagement. It is built to end — when you hire the permanent person, we help you choose them and step back.

    How this engagement runs

  • Connected products

Working hardware is not yet a product a customer can use. We build the software layer around it: device onboarding, a companion app or operator interface, cloud integration, and diagnostics your pilot team can actually read. Firmware, PCB, mechanical and manufacturing are out of scope and we say so before anyone signs.

    How this engagement runs

  • Modernise existing software

Software that works but has become expensive to change, fixed in slices rather than through a rewrite you cannot fund. Each slice ships on its own, so the product stays live and you can stop at any boundary. You get an assessment you could act on without us, and the honest answer when only three modules need replacing.

    How this engagement runs

  • Ongoing engineering

A senior team running continuously against your roadmap, with one named person accountable for what ships. Maintenance is planned rather than reactive, which is most of what stops the next rewrite becoming necessary. It is not body-shop staffing: we do not place a developer into your standup and invoice for the seat.

What makes IntegrasiHub different

Five things a buyer can check rather than take on trust. Each one is either visible on this site or falsifiable in the first conversation.

  1. The person who scopes the work stays on it

Radwan Altaf scopes every engagement and remains on the project through delivery. There is no handoff to an account manager after signature, because there is no account manager. One named person is accountable for what ships and when, and if a date is going to slip you hear it from them before you notice it yourself.

  2. Design, web and mobile sit in one team

Most delivery failures we see are seams: design in one vendor, backend in another, mobile in a third, and every gap between them becomes the client’s problem. Interface design here is done by the people who then build it, so nothing gets drawn that cannot ship. There is no gap to fall into and nobody to hand the blame to.

  3. We maintain what we ship

Products this studio built are still running years after launch, and we have kept working on several of them. Having to live with our own decisions is most of why the code is structured the way it is. It is a different discipline from launching and walking away, and it shows up in what a handover actually contains.

  4. No performance metrics, and we say why

There is not a single percentage improvement published anywhere on this site, across 4 case studies. To publish one honestly we would need the project, the period, the baseline, our contribution and the result, and we hold no records that clear that bar. So we show the delivered interfaces instead and tell you exactly what they do.

  5. We tell you when we are the wrong studio

Every service page carries a "not for you" passage naming the buyers we would turn down, and the FAQ answers the awkward questions rather than the flattering ones. If you are pre-funding and still testing whether anyone wants the thing, a full build is an expensive way to find out, and we will say so on the first call.

Who uses IntegrasiHub

Six situations, not six personas. If you recognise yourself in one of these, the first call will be a short one.

Start a project

  • Founders at funded or revenue-generating software businesses with a concrete release to fund and no one internally free to own delivery end to end.
  • Product and engineering leaders whose roadmap is larger than their team, and where hiring will not close the gap inside this financial year.
  • Companies whose existing software still works but has become expensive to change, often because the people who wrote it have left.
  • Enterprise product teams that need a discipline they do not hold in-house, usually mobile, front end or interface design.
  • Hardware and connected-product teams with working devices and a customer pilot scheduled, and nothing yet around the device that a customer could set up unaided.
  • Companies making architecture or technical-hiring decisions with nobody in the room who has made them before, who want senior judgement without a full-time CTO.

The team behind IntegrasiHub

Radwan Altaf founded the studio and leads it. He scopes the work and stays on the project, so the person who agreed the release is the person answering for it.

Behind him is a team of designers and engineers. We do not publish a headcount, because the number moves with the shape of the work and a figure on a page would be out of date the week after it was written. The people building your product are the people you meet.

There is no founder photograph or team roster on this page for the same reason there are no client metrics: we publish what we can stand behind, and nobody has supplied those yet.

Logos identify the organisations behind projects in this portfolio. Engagement type varies by project and some work reached the end client through a systems integrator. Each case study states what we did on that project.

IntegrasiHub and AISynq

AISynq is an AI and operations consultancy run by the same founder. Same founder, two separate businesses; neither owns the other, and you are never asked to pick between them before getting in touch.

IntegrasiHub is where you come when the purchase is a product, an application or a release. AISynq works on how a business operates: workflow discovery, automation and AI adoption. If your project sits across both, say so and one team takes it rather than two.

How IntegrasiHub works

How you reach us, what we will and will not promise about response times, who you actually talk to, and what happens when an engagement starts.

How you reach us

Two routes, both live. Email info@integrasihub.com, or book a 30-minute call directly on the studio's calendar — the booking page is self-serve, so you are not waiting on a reply to get a time. The brief form on the contact page composes the message in your own mail client rather than posting to a server, because this is a static site with no backend, and nothing on it reports a send that did not happen.

What we can and cannot promise on response time

We do not publish a response-time guarantee for new enquiries, and we are not going to invent one. The booking page is the fastest path because it does not depend on anybody replying. For work already under way, ongoing engagements carry a defined response expectation written into the agreement; a build that has been handed over does not, and we will not imply otherwise.

Who you actually talk to

The people building your product, led by Radwan. Scoping runs as working sessions with whoever knows the product best on your side. During delivery you review a preview environment you can open and click through, so progress is something you look at rather than a status document you have to trust.

How an engagement starts

Scoping is a paid piece of work in its own right and deliberately small. It produces a written description of the release specific enough to disagree with, the technical constraints that will shape it, and a figure you can take to whoever approves budget. If the scope shows the project is not worth doing, you have spent a fraction of a build to find that out, and the findings are yours either way.

Frequently asked questions

About the studio itself. The commercial questions — cost, timelines, what happens after launch — are answered in full on the questions page.

What does IntegrasiHub do?

IntegrasiHub designs, builds, modernises and maintains web, mobile and connected-product software. The work spans enterprise delivery dashboards, school platforms, retail and streaming apps, and public-sector web work delivered through a systems integrator. It sells 5 engagement types rather than hourly developers.

Where is IntegrasiHub based?

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. That overlaps a full working day with Asia-Pacific and the Gulf, and the European morning. For North American clients the studio holds a fixed overlap window rather than pretending the whole day lines up.

Who founded IntegrasiHub, and when?

Radwan Altaf founded the studio, which has been building software since 2016. He scopes every engagement and stays on the project rather than handing it to an account manager. He also runs AISynq, a separate consultancy.

How big is the team?

A team of designers and engineers, led by Radwan. We do not publish a headcount, because the number changes with the shape of the work and a figure on a page would be out of date the week after it was written. If a project needs a discipline the studio does not hold, we say so rather than learn it on your budget.

Does IntegrasiHub publish client results or metrics?

No, and that is deliberate. Publishing a result honestly requires the project, the period, the baseline, our contribution and the measured outcome, and no records here clear that bar. The 4 case studies show the delivered interfaces and describe exactly what they do instead.

How is IntegrasiHub different from AISynq?

Both are run by the same founder, and neither owns the other. IntegrasiHub is where you come when the purchase is a product, an application or a release. AISynq works on how a business operates: workflow discovery, automation and AI adoption.

Does IntegrasiHub build AI features?

When the product needs them, yes. This is not an AI studio and we will not push a model into your product to make a proposal sound current. Where an existing model or API gives the product something it could not do otherwise, we integrate it; custom model research is a different discipline.

How do you start working with IntegrasiHub?
